Harvest time is here again, whether it’s on the farm, at the market, or in the kitchen. Join beloved local chef and longtime locavore Peter Berley (The Flexitarian Table, Houghton Mifflin) as he prepares a seasonal feast that will surely bring joy and nourishment to omnivores and vegetarians alike while highlighting some of the Northeast region’s tastiest produce.

On the Menu: Pan-Seared Lamb and/or Tofu Steaks with Thyme, Lemon, and Mustard; Carrots with Black Olives and Mint; Spiced Lentils with Pumpkin and Greens; Apple Crisp.
