Make room for nutrient dense, whole foods! Come join Sara, your Healthy Cooking Coach, for a store tour and learn what foods are taking up space in your pantry that need to go. Learn to “bulk up” on beans, grains, nuts, spices, and other pantry staples to provide you with the basics you need to create convenient, healthy and delicious meals!
