Ready to lose weight, lower cholesterol, significantly reduce risk of disease and become more fit in just 4 weeks? Follow the Engine 2 28-day challenge and gather the tools in a fun and supportive program conducted by Healthy Eating Specialist, Christina Bender. Participants will receive a goody bag to help them start their journey, a copy of the Engine 2 Diet book and weekly meet-ups including culinary demonstrations, label reading lectures and more! Orientation and Book Distribution

Start the 28-Day Challenge by attending our Engine 2 Orientation. Receive your goody bag and Engine 2 book, enjoy healthy snacks, and hear Healthy Eating Specialist Chrissy speak about why it’s important to eat a plant-strong diet!
Week 1: Engine 2 Culinary Demonstration

Let Healthy Eating Specialist Chrissy show you how to sauté without oil, incorporate greens at every meal, and make satisfying meals that are meat-free! Learn how meal planning can be a useful tool in preparing healthy meals with a busy lifestyle.
Week 2: Label Reading and Scavenger Hunt
Monday, July 15th @ 6-8 PM
During Week 2, we will be focusing on label reading. Join your Healthy Eating Specialist as you tour the store for healthy options and hunt for important information found on nutrition labels.
Week 3: Plant Strong Myths Debunked
Monday, July 22nd @ 6-8 PM
Stay motivated through Week 3 with a lecture on the myths of eating Plant Strong. There will also be delicious recipes to taste from Rip Esselstyn's new book, "My Beef with Meat".
Questions we will address include:
How will I get enough protein?
Where will I get calcium?
What about Iron and B12?
Isn't olive oil good for me?
What about eating animal foods in moderation?
Week 4: Graduation Dinner
Monday, July 29th @ 6-7:30 PM
Congratulations on your completion of the 28-Day Challenge! Join us in our Cafe for an Engine 2 friendly dinner! Don’t let your healthy eating changes end here. Our Healthy Eating Specialist will be offering tips and tricks on how you can continue living plant-strong for a lifetime!
