After attending an Engine 2 immersion program last fall, my interest was rekindled in living a Plant Strong life.  I will be showing you how to shop, and prepare, very healthy meals.  Even if you still eat animal products, I will show you how to bring in more fruits and vegetables into your diet.  We will also talk about the benefits of eating a plant strong diet.  These are FREE classes, and we will be eating everything I prepare.

If you look closely, nearly every culture on the planet developed with at least a few traditional, plant-based dishes.  On Friday night, March 14th, join us for an opportunity to learn about a variety of cultures and their cuisines, and to share a little of what you know, too!  Each person is asked to bring a completely plant-based (vegan) dish, enough to serve about 6-8 portions.  You will have a few minutes to tell us about the culture or place where the dish is traditional, then we will eat.  Visual aids encouraged!  Please bring a card listing the ingredients, or better yet, bring copies of the recipe.  We look forward to learning from YOU!  Sign up now!

Cakes and Pies -These are not just desserts, but can be actual meals made out of ingredients that you could not imagine. We'll be making both sweet and savory cakes and pies, utilizing fruits, vegetables, meats of all kinds and a ton of other stuff. Let's learn that cakes and pies and not just for those of us who have sweet tooth's...This hands-on cooking class that will enable kids to find their inner chef. The Culinary Dude, Scott Davis has worked to create a wonderful collection of menus that the kids will cook themselves. Using the freshest ingredients, fun and interactive cooking techniques, the kids will prepare the food from scratch each day as they learn kitchen and food safety, professional kitchen behavior, measuring and prep skills, and table etiquette. In addition to a wide variety of hands-on, tactile recipes, kids will participate in additional food-related activities.
