In our increasingly busy world, her work promotes a body/mind/spirit approach to health and happiness that includes a concentration on healthy diet, emotional introspection, spiritual practice, and loving relationships, among other tenets.
Elena is also certified in plant-based nutrition and is passionate about showing people how diverse and delicious plant-based foods can be, besides being extremely nutritious. Her approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins; it is not about creating a list of restrictions for good or bad foods.
