Each team will create its own unique salsa and we need your vote to decide our Salsa Champion. Winning team will move on to represent the Mighty Callowhill on Tuesday, April 23 when stores from across the Philadelphia region send their best salsa here to compete to decide who will be crowned……ULTIMATE SALSA STAR!

One of our favorite local Earthlings and Nickels for Nonprofits partners, the Fairmount CDC, will be here while we fire up the Giving Grill to raise funds for the Community Gardens in our neighborhood. Plus, wear green and the first 100 customers will receive a free reusable bag!

Join us on Tuesday, April 23 at 3 - 5 p.m. to sample our best made-in-house salsas from ten different stores, and YOUR votes decide who will be crowned……ULTIMATE SALSA STAR!
E-Force Recycling and Whole Foods Market have joined together for a FREE eCycle Collection event! We are accepting basically anything with a plug so help keep that e-waste out of landfills and drop off all that old junk from 12 - 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 25. Acceptable items include computers, keyboards and mice, CRTs and monitors, modems and telephone boards, hard drives, floppy drives and CD ROMs, phones, fax machines and telecommunication hardware, printers, computer boards, CPUs, memory chips, circuit boards, connecting wires and cable TVs.
