One of our favorite events of the year!
Are you trying to avoid gluten ingredients? We will be enjoying some rice and quinoa dishes with fall flair! Apple Pilaf, Quinoa with Broccoli and sundried Tomatoes and Quick Quinoa Salad with pine nuts, pumpkin seeds and dried fruit.
The fall brings in the best apples of the year and Whole Foods Market is ready to celebrate these jewels when they are at their best! Sample dishes around the store using always versatile apple!
Do you have a good knife but do not know how to use it? This is a hands on knife cutting class. Do you have a knife and would like to bring? No problem! Please make sure knives are secured in a case and checked in with Chef Jason when you arrive. If you would like to borrow a knife please let Chef Jason know before the 14th. Pedernales Cellars is located in Stonewall, Texas in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The winery was established in the 1990’s by Larry and Jeanie Kulken and their son David near Fredericksburg. All the wines produced by Pedernales Cellars are made from 100% Texas grown grapes and they are especially well known for their delicious Tempranillo. The Kulkens were joined in Texas by daughter Julie and her husband Fredrik, making this a true family endeavor. Space is limited. Please RSVP to Andrea.email@example.com.
The fall is the time to think of your favorite comfort foods. Come to the store today where we will be sampling some comfort food favorites along with some dishes sure to become new family favorites! We will also be celebrating the pumpkin including a pumpkin decorating contest. See store for details!
Don’t be afraid to eat plant-strong! This dinner club will be frightfully delicious: We will serve a White Bean Dip with Crudités, a warm winter greens salad, Pumpkin Bowl Stew, and pumpkin pecan cookies. Your hostesses will be the Health Starts Here Ghouls: Laurie and Beverly.
