We will have demonstrations, samplings, and discussions on how to get you started tonight and at our weekly Monday meet-up classes beginning on Monday January 14th – Monday February 11th. The Prepared Foods department will have Engine 2 and Health Starts Here friendly meal specials on each of those Monday meet-ups at a great price so get here early, grab a bite and come to class!
