Processed foods are nutrient devoid and calorie dense. Fresh unprocessed foods are nutrient dense and provide us with the nutrition that we need to stay healthy, they provide us with all of the vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients that we need to get and stay healthy. This series of classes are designed to teach you all sorts of tips and tricks to incorporate more clean eating principles into your life for better health.

10/6 Real Food Meals

Real food meals can be made in just minutes with a little forethought and preparation. Learn how to set yourself up for success so that you can create food fast instead of relying on fast food to feed your family.

10/13 Real Food Snacks

Snacks should be thought of as mini-meals and should always be nutritious rather than full of empty calories, especially for children and oldsters. Snacks can be a very important way of staying on track with your healthy lifestyle and there are lots of ways to process your own snack foods at home to provide yourself and your family with tasty treats without all the junk.

10/20 Real Food Desserts

Creating and eating your own homemade desserts using only clean ingredients is a guilt-free indulgence indeed. From cookies and bars to frozen treats there are so many ways to satisfy that sweet tooth without sacrificing your health.

10/24 Real Food Challenge Celebration Dinner

After 21 days of eating real, we have a feeling you aren’t gonna want to go back to your old way of looking at food and THAT is surely something to celebrate!
