The colder weather will soon be upon us and it’s time to break out those healthy soup and stew recipes!  This month, our Healthy Eating Specialist, Tanja is teaming up with our Marketing Team Leader, Barbara Gulino to bring you two great recipes using their favorite cookers!   Barbara will demonstrate how to make a high-nutrient soup in a jiffy using a pressure cooker, while Tanja will share how to make her favorite stew in a crockpot. This class will be a great way to get more familiar with these two simple cooking methods, using hearty recipes that are sure to keep you cozy and warm through the fall and beyond.
