Featured items include Chicken Korma - Boneless chicken breast pieces cooked in a tomato, yogurt and herb enriched base sauce with mild spices.

Yogurt Raita - A cooling condiment to an Indian meal, this version of the raita has julienned apples, carrots and cool cucumber seasoned with herbs and spices.

Mattar Palao - Aromatic basmati rice cooked in a base sauce of lightly sautéed onions, fresh garlic, whole spices and peas. Then oven baked or steamed for a flavorful finish.
