Argentina's abundantly diverse and attractive wines have a connection to the land, and you can taste it in the glass. The culinary team at Whole Foods Market at the Alamo Quarry will pair several of these select wines with an Argentinian asado. This traditional South American cookout will feature several varieties of meat cooked over an open flame based on the traditional cooking method of the gauchos of Central Argentina. Reservations required, call 210-826-4676. Seating is limited.
