For a $5 suggested donation, our teams have prepared 12 seasonal foods to tempt your taste buds: Fresh Northwest berry salad, Copper River salmon, asparagus with shallots and mushrooms, honeydew and poblano salad with smoked salt and mint, Vita Frute drink mixes, Finnriver Cider, Bumbleberry Crisp, and more! All contributions will benefit the University District Food Bank. Pick up your plate and passport in the front and let the summer flavor savoring begin!

Summertime Sushi Workshop

Homemade sushi, with freshly cooked rice, crunchy vegetables, and succulent fish and shellfish, is the prefect summertime treat. Learn how to roll and form sushi by hand in this exciting hands-on class. You'll learn time-honored techniques for preparing sushi rice, and shaping it into sushi using fresh ingredients. Class limited to 8 people, so sign up now!

Crab-Mango Hand Rolls - Summertime Veggie Sushi with Almond Butter - Red Dragon Roll with Tuna

All class participants must be at least 18 years or older. Due to space limitations and safety issues, children under 18 years of age are not allowed to attend or observe adults-only cooking classes.
