Health Starts Here 28 Day Challenge
Wednesday, October 9th
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Eat Well Kitchen, $40

Want to eat healthy but don’t know where to start? From October 9th through November 6th, join others and our Healthy Cooking Coach, Jen, as you take the 28-Day Challenge and adopt a plant-strong, whole food, nutrient dense way of eating! Jen is a registered dietitian with her Master's in Nutrition Sciences from Bastyr University.

Each week, participants can attend weekly hands-on cooking classes, leaving you with a full belly and inspiration to keep going. You can also attend weekly check-ins to help guide the way and provide an opportunity to talk with others making the same changes. For every class and check-in you attend, you will be entered into a drawing for the grand prize of a Health Starts Here pantry makeover. You do not have to be present at the classes to participate, we can instruct you via email.

To kick things off, we will meet on October 9th for orientation. You will also pick up your starter kit containing delicious food samples from local vendors, recipes, literature, handouts, and food journals.

Registration for the 28 Day Challenge is $40. Space is limited; first come first serve. Email Jennifer.Buchanan AT wholefoods DOT com or check out http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/healthy-eating/health-starts-here/28-day-challenge for further information.
