Spring brings with it a sense of new beginning. If your New Years Resolution failed, why not make a gentle change before the heat of summer starts? If you can establish an easy routine, it may be possible to ‘float’ right through summer, winter and into next year. The key to a new start is getting rid of old habits. Detoxing has provided people with energy, a fresh digestive system, better functioning liver and better sleep. Dr. Ric Saguil will discuss safe and effective ways to cut through dangerous detox information and narrow down the healthy ways to begin a new life.
