We are proud to partner with Greenlimbs and our neighborhood civics & community leaders again as a host site for Tree-Cycling on Saturday, January 5 from 10am-4pm! Last year, Greenlimbs collected and chipped 338 Christmas trees along with holiday greens, keeping them out of landfill and giving the resulting mulch a second life in various neighborhood gardens. Suggested donations are $5 per tree and $3 per wreath, and the funds are used to cover the chipping labor costs with any resulting funds donated to Greenlimbs nonprofit activities.
We are so excited to host the famous Vitamix Roadshow for two back-to-back engagements: January 10-14 and 17-21. Stop by their stand near our produce department to watch James prepare a dazzling range of nutritious recipes, from soups and dips to ice cream and dressings, using whole foods and the amazing emulsification of the Vitamix machine. We will have Vitamix machines available for purchase throughout the duration of the shows.
