Start off your weekend with a full body workout! SurfSET Fitness is a new workout that takes place on a surfboard adhered to a metal frame and tethered to a BOSU ball in order to simulate the instability you would experience in the water. A certified SurfSET Fitness instructor will lead two 30-minute classes in our café area, which will help you tone, strengthen and improve your balance. After the class we’ll enjoy a complimentary breakfast in our Culinary Center and chat about our new workout experience!

This structured and intensive detoxification program begins gradually, and guides you step by step through healthy detoxification, with each week building on the previous week.  These 28 days of cleansing on a cellular level culminate in the body's rebalancing and regenerating, creating vibrant health and wellness. 

 

Classes will provide information for the upcoming detox week, and each week there will be a healthy food preparation demo and sample. Menu items include raw spaghetti and spicy, marinated greens.  There will also be discussion and support for individual progress and problems.  We will make a trip to the Whole Body and the Healthy Eating Center for supplement assistance once the class is over.
