Brother Echo has taken on the calling of teacher leading several hundred people though healthy lifestyle programs. Brother Echo also regularly speaks at private and public events motivating and inspiring people from all walks of life.

Italian cuisine with a healthy twist with Danila Angileri. She will be preparing recipes inspired by family traditions, and using seasonal ingredients.

Danila learned cooking at an early age by watching her mother Lucia prepare daily meals. She eventually went to work at the Rigoletto Restaurant under the great Chef Riccardo Tedde.

Danila's food is prepared with amore, with the warmth of the Italian heart and spirit to bring the absolute best in Italian cuisine!
