Join our Healthy Eating Specialist Dawn for a week of instruction on how to transition your family from a processed/packaged foods diet to a more plant based/whole foods diet. Learn some tips and tricks to help them move beyond the traditional “kid foods” like pizza, chicken fingers, plain pasta, hot dogs, and macaroni & cheese and get them eating healthier and feeling better than ever!
