There’s no doubt that we’re a culture that loves our food. The problem is, we often don’t cook it ourselves.  Some of us don’t cook because we don’t have the time, some because we don’t know how. And so, healthy eating falls to the fast food drive-thru.  This class is perfect for the person or family on the run.  Join Brian as he teaches you how to whip up quick, easy and amazingly delicious dinners in just 45 minutes.
