Brian hosts this outdoor class where he teaches you grilling basics such as grill maintenance, direct vs. indirect heat, proper grilling equipment, and of course there’s a delicious menu to sample!

This month’s cooking excursion takes us south of the border to sample some traditional authentic Mexican cuisine! We’ll be sipping and cooking at the same time during this class when we pair each course to a complimentary wine sample. This is a great opportunity to learn how to match up your favorite bites and bottles on your own. Recipes will include a seared skirt steak, a chipotle shrimp, and chile rellenos.
