Cooking to Benefit Congaree River Keeper
Join uis as we partner With Charleston Cooks! for a delicious and informative class on sustainable seafood to benefit the Congaree River Keeper. Learn how to prepare all of your favorite seafood selections from the Whole Foods seafood counter. All proceeds from this class will go to the Congaree River Keeper, an organization dedicated to preserving Columbia's rivers. Menu includes: Local Bull's Bay Stuffed Clams Casino; First of the Season Halibut and Calimari Ceviche; Tea and Citrus Marinated Salmon en Papillote with Mushrooms and Leeks; Wild Rice Pilaf.
