Cleaver-wielding pros battle it out in Whole Foods Market’s ultimate homage to the craft of butchery. Butcher This, Fillet That is our way of celebrating our skilled butchers and fishmongers, shining the spotlight on the tradition and craft of butchery. The top butchers and fishmongers from our Midwest Region are competing this Saturday for the chance to move on to the finals at Feast Portland. Metro Chicago's new One Dime at a Time Recipient   
ReBuilding Exchange is a Chicago non-profit organization that gives building materials a second life, and sometimes a third or a fourth. Since 2009, they have diverted approximately 8,000 tons of usable building materials from landfills. We are honored that the ReBuilding Exchange will be our One Dime at a Time recipient until June 30^th. During this time, all bag credits donated at the registers will go to help them continue their amazing work in our community, for our community.
