Explosive, bold and gregarious best describe the lively nature of Thai cuisine. Come harness that energy and learn how to bring Thai flavor into your every day kitchen. We’ll demonstrate pantry staples such as Panang and green curry, and show the difference in texture, flavor and uses of sticky vs. standard rice. Knife work will be featured, as well as the handwork that’s key to traditional rice bundles in banana leaves.
MENU: Pad Po Tak (Green Curry Seafood Soup); Yumm Hoy Kew Jean (Royal Water Chestnut Salad); Kao Thom Padd (Soft Sweet Sticky Rice Bundles in Banana Leaves); and Chicken Panang Curry.
