The Art of Barbeque
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
From Tennessee to Texas, from Missouri to North Carolina, each region has its own unique barbeque specialty. Many lay claim to being “the best.” Join us for a virtual journey into the world of Southern barbeque. We’ll explore, prepare and taste barbecue sauces, flavorful dry rubs; and discuss the process of smoking— everything from meats to mozzarella. After this class, you’ll be ready to enter any barbecue competition!
MENU: Memphis-style dry rubbed Ribs; Kansas City Chicken with a Sweet and Spicy Sauce; North Carolina Pulled Pork with a Tangy Vinegar Sauce; and Texas-style Brisket. Traditional side dishes will be served.
