Back by popular demand, Chef John will teach the basics of baking so you’ll never be afraid to bake again. Chef John will demystify baking products and terms and show you how to use the appropriate ingredients to make the best baked products. You’ll learn how to fix some common “baking emergencies” and then you’ll be all set to show off your new skills to family and friends.
MENU: Rustic Whole Wheat Bread; Easy Yeast Rolls; Icebox Cake with Buttercream Frosting; Tender Southern Buttermilk Biscuits; and Best Ever Pie Crust filled with Coconut Cream. A light dinner and wine will be served.
