It's that time of year again, when I really hope it rains on at least one of my days off every month.  I will spend the whole day making a soup.  Nothing is more satisfying and comforting than a really hearty, hot, homemade soup.  If you agree, don't miss Fridays in January.  I will prepare some of the best soups I've ever had, like Potato Leek, White Bean & Kale, and many more.  So come by the Culinary Center every Friday in January at 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm and watch me construct some wonderful Winter Soups.
