Have you switched over to eating the Paleo (Paleolithic) diet? Are you curious what it is? Not sure where to start? Find out how to begin your Paleo journey with us in this start up class or add something to your existing Paleo repertoire. We’ll explore the ins and outs of the diet and show you how to create delicious meals with an emphasis on lean meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds. All recipes will be gluten, dairy, and legume free.
