For 30 years Kirk Hamilton a certified physician assistant has been using in his medical practice some form of the BED Diet (basic elimination diet) to help patients discover what foods are causing adverse symptoms. This talk will not only go over how to shop for and implement this diet, and reintroduce foods using a diet-symptom diary, but will also go over conditions that can affect your reactions to foods such as your allergic load; overgrowth of bacteria in your gut; poor digestions; and medications to name a few. Also discussed will be the concept of detoxification, what it means and can this help with food reactions.
