It’s time to get moving!! Join us for an hour of kick start cardio fitness followed by a delicious and healthy breakfast.
An Equinox Fitness trainer will lead us through a boot-camp styled body-weight training class (tailored to your fitness level – dates and description below!) and then we will head inside to The Kitchen to enjoy a Rip’s Big Bowl for breakfast. E2 Fitness & Breakfast - Whipped! with Mario Flaherty
About the Class: Get whipped into shape with the latest in modern fitness training to help you reach for results. No corners to cut - just hard work, sweat and fun using Strength Ropes, VIPRs, Sandbells, and much more, set to the test with a clock, good music and all that you’ve got to give.
About the Instructor: Mario was a NCAA D1 collegiate basketball athlete for two years before earning three professional contracts overseas in China, New Zealand and England. Fitness has always been a big part of his life, running camps for athletes and training hard in the off season. With a plethora of knowledge on training techniques, he pursued his passion and become a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). His passion for fitness was recognized by Equinox and Mario is now a tier II trainer specializing in functional fitness and strength training.
What a great way to start off your weekend! Engine 2 Fitness & Breakfast will occur every Saturday during the challenge and we will meet on the Patio outside the Bakery doors.
Make sure you wear your work-out clothes, bring your mat & a bottle of water!
