This week, Engine 2 Cadets will cut out oil and see how much more food they get to eat when they skip the 120-calories-per-tablespoon junk food. To make the change easy, Camille will show you how to cook, dress salads, and bake with healthy alternatives like veggie broth, nuts, avocado, seeds, and fruit. Try a tangy kale slaw with sweet Raspberry Hazelnut dressing, a healthy brown rice veggie Pad Thai, and creamy Cashew Cheezecake for dessert!
