Congratulations! You’re half way through the Challenge and feeling great! The third week is not only the halfway point, but also the time to cut processed fats from our diets. We will focus on getting our fats from healthy, whole food sources. Our lesson will also include a demonstration of simple oil-free cooking techniques. Sampling this week includes foods that commonly include oil, but that we have swapped out with more wholesome choices. (Can you tell the difference?)
