Legendary chef Norman Van Aken is known internationally as the “founding father of New World Cuisine.” An author and James Beard award-winning chef, Norman is currently the Director of Restaurants at the Miami Culinary Institute as well as the chef-owner of Norman’s at the Ritz Carlton, Orlando. Join us for a book signing featuring his new book, My Key West Kitchen, Recipes and Stories followed by an exclusive cooking class in our Lifestyle Center.

FREE and open to the public. Books will be available for purchase at Whole Foods Market Coral Gables for $29.95.

7:00 pm – 8:00 pm: My Key West Kitchen Cooking Class with Chef Van Aken in the Lifestyle Center, $10 Per Guest

$10 donation will benefit Lotus House, a local residential shelter and resource center for homeless and disadvantaged women and children. Space is limited.
