Fermented foods are full of probiotics, bio-available minerals, enzymes and vitamins, to optimize your health and balance your immune system. This workshop will provide you with the skills and knowledge to make your own healthy fermented foods and drinks, and incorporate them into your daily diet. The San Diego Fermenters Club will guide us through this class, in which:
- Proceeds will benefit The Whole Kids Foundation’s school garden and salad bar programs
- Attendees will learn how to make fermented foods in a hands-on setting
- $20 class fee includes all ingredients & materials
- Each guest will take home their creation!
