French Pastry: Doughs You Knead to Know
Julia Child called French pastries “one of the true arts.” In the first of a series of two-part classes, you’ll create three classic doughs—puff pastry, croissant and brioche—and turn them into masterpieces that will be the centerpiece of your dessert table. Participants in this hands-on class will also learn the proper techniques in rolling, kneading and sifting. A light lunch will be served.
