Friday Night Formaggio
Friday, March 1st from 7-9 p.m.
Learn all about the one, the only Parmesan Reggiano and be part of a private Parm Crack! We will show you how we crack the wheel of parm and unique ways in which to use this special cheese. By the end of the night, you will know the history of Parm Reg and be such a fan that you will want to come back and help us beat the World Record of parm cracking on March 9th!
Cheesy 80’s love ballads will be the perfect end to a fun night on the patio.
Friday Night Blues
Friday, March 15th from 7-9 p.m.
It may smell a bit funky but dang this cheese is delicious! Taste the different flavors of blue cheese. Some are strong enough to knock your socks off and some will just make you feel warm and fuzzy. Finish the evening off with live blues music on the patio!

Friday, March 29th from 7-9 p.m.
If you haven’t ventured into the world of specialty jams with specialty cheeses, then you have really been missing out. Your taste buds will thank us after this one! Learn which cheeses to use to create the best spreads and pairings. Jam out with live music on our patio to wrap up your evening.
