April is Earth Month and to help celebrate our planet, Chef Joe will demonstrate how to prepare Pumpkin Seed Pesto, Bean Salad with Quinoa, and Kale, Mushroom, and Tomato Sauté with Polenta, all fresh, “from the earth” ingredients. All participants will taste these amazing dishes and learn what our Planet Earth has to offer. NOTE: Recipes are based on availability of ingredients and may change. Also, all ingredients used are gluten-free; however, our facility is not certified gluten free.
