The Fourth of July is a great occasion for showing how delicious plant-based dishes can in fact hold a candle – and a flame! – to traditional Independence Day favorites. Camille will start with a crunchy-creamy and nutrient-dense “Kale Slaw,” followed by some fresh-off-the-grill barbecued Veggie Kebobs. The main dish will be a grill-ready Spicy Black Bean Burger on a hearty whole grain bun. Finally, Camille will cool things down with some icy, creamy, coco-nutty Pinapple Cool-Lottas.
