Led by DC Aikido Family Martial Arts Club, this class teaches self-defense techniques, offers physical exercise which helps increase flexibility and stamina, and improves mental focus and confidence. The class is open for kids 6-9 years old, limit of 20 participants. Class is $5; all proceeds go to Whole Planet Foundatoin.
