You set a healthy eating goal, we’ll help you stick to it with delicious recipes, resources and a community of support. At our kick-off, we’ll introduce you to our Health Starts Here program and demonstrate how to easily choose and prepare the most nutrient-rich and health-supportive foods. Enjoy samples and get a goodie bag with a menu plan, shopping list, pantry staples, coupons and recipes. Attendance at the kick-off meet-up is mandatory. Weekly meet-ups will be held in our classroom on Fridays at 12 or 6 p.m.
