Join us for the 28 Day Health Starts Here Challenge in the month of February!  During this orientation, we'll share the guidelines of the program as well as tools for success, including meal plans and grocery lists.  Each 'member' will receive a membership card which will provide entry for the Graduation Party (date, time and location TBD).
