The menu features a Kohlrabi Salad with radish, pomegranate, mint, lemon, and honey; Braised Chicken Thighs with olives, fennel, parsley, paprika, and saffron rice; and a Citrus Chocolate Tart with cacao nibs, blood orange, fennel and candied pistachio. Healthy Eating Specialist Kelly Dennis and Chef Andrew Shearer will host this 3-course meal with optional wine pairings chosen by our Wine Specialist, Myrna Sherman.
