Since the warmer weather is closely approaching, it’s time to start firing up those grills. In this class you will learn how to properly clean and prepare your grill for use; how to get those perfect grill marks and how to determine when the food is cooked. You will also learn different ways to cook different meats and veggies and all from the cooking heat of the grill. With Memorial Day weekend just around the corner, now is the time to start brushing up on those backyard cooking skills.
