Saturday, April 20th 2:00pm – 4:00pm: Healthy Cooking the Whole Foods Way: Sushi 101 - If you have ever wanted to learn how to make your own sushi at home, sign up for this class. In the class you will learn how to make traditional sticky rice as well as substituting other rice types to make your sushi roll. You will also learn how to make your own rolls with hands on experience. You will be shown how to make your own tempura batter and how to cut your own fish and rolls.
