Ever get discouraged when reading the ingredient list of your favorite condiment?
No worries, we’ll teach you to make your own. Join us for this easy and fun “chemistry” class where you’ll learn to make some of the most common condiments from scratch, including interesting variations which will allow your imagination to run wild when cooking at home. Then we’ll use them in making some delicious dishes.
MENU: Homemade Ketchup used to make a spicy cocktail sauce served with Roasted Shrimp; Homemade Mayonnaise used to make Maryland-style Crab Cakes and a creamy Remoulade Sauce; Apple Mango Chutney served with Spice-rubbed Pork Tenderloin; Flavored vinegars and oils; and Citrus Curd.
