She holds a Nutritional Education Trainer (NET) certification from the Nutritional Education Institute (NEI).  Jodi herself overcame years of chronic autoimmune illness by changing her diet. She followed a successful career as a financial executive with a new passion to help others lose weight, recover their health, and prevent disease through improved nutrition.
