Kids Cook: Baking Basics (For Ages 10-12)
This class teaches kids basic baking techniques as they prepare delicious recipes that include breakfast breads, cookies, and frosted cupcakes. Students will learn the importance of proper measuring, the creaming process, how to use a pastry bag, and how to tell when foods are done baking. Baking is tons of fun and this class will help kids feel confident about their skills in the kitchen.
