Join Healthy Eating Specialist, Julie, in learning how to incorporate lower sodium products into your unique diet without having to sacrifice taste. The class will begin in our upstairs community room where we will learn how to read nutrition labels, discover what sodium measurements actually look like, and discuss tips on how to make the transition as easy as possible.
