Tonight’s menu is a pasta selection with two mother sauces, Béchamel (white sauce) and Bolognese (meaty red sauce). From these basic sauces so many other dishes may be created. Learn to make them while making an individual portion to be enjoyed with a glass of Chianti. End the evening with a demonstration of Zabaglione Sauce to top a mixed Berry Dessert.
