Learn to blend herbs and vegetables to make fresh marinade for Sizzling Shrimp, and chimichuri sauce to compliment a grilled skirt steak. Explore the methods of grilling produce to use in a salad or side dish. Desserts are also possible on the grill, using fresh fruits and bakery items in a creative manner. Finish the evening with a selection of wine chosen to compliment the evening’s grilled dinner.
