We're shattering the world record! More than 400 wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano will be simultaneously cracked and sampled at all of our stores from Hawaii to England. Come cheer on our cheese team at 2pm SHARP when they crack open a 90+ lb artisanal wheel and hand out fresh wedges.
